I had originally planned on dropping three mixes and three mixes only like last summer but I had several people ask about a fourth mix and had several left over songs to make another. Those ingredients have led to the fourth installment of the summer 2012 mix on ETM. This mix is ten songs longer than the previous mixes because it is the last of it’s kind. It’s been a minute since we have heard something from Chase Compton but he’s back and sounding like he never left. Not sure exactly where this will end up but this is definitely the best offering I have heard from the young spitter from KS. Download the song here if you’re feeling the music.
We have added openers for the concert on Tuesday! You may have seen them announced on twitter, facebook or the Granada website last week but if you don’t check those I am here to inform you. Empty Throne favorite’s Chase Compton and DJ Ray-Ban will be kicking off the show on Tuesday and we are very excited to have them on board. Hit the jump for more info.
Chase is back with yet another mixtape and his skills have gotten even stronger. This is by far his best body of work and he is growing into his own sound as an artist. This is a busy week for Chase because in addition to dropping his latest tape you can also catch Chase at not one but two shows this weekend. Chase will be opening for Josh Sallee’s Birthday bash at Kamp’s in Oklahoma City tomorrow night (Jan. 20th) and then again for XV on saturday night (Jan. 21st) at the Granada in Lawrence, Kansas. Big things for a new artist. His grind is definitely impressive. Peep the tape below.
